Classic Christmas

The worn, tattered pages of the Christmas classic 'Oliver Twist' made the perfect leaves for this Christmas wreath.

I just love the contrast of the strict, regimented lines of font with the beautiful curves of the leaves. Add into the equation, the perfectly rusty wire holding the whole creation together, and you have the perfect Christmas wreath.

Although surprisingly easy to make it did require a lot of effort and patience. Patience is never my strong point but in this case I think my efforts paid off!!
